What are the delivery times?

Your orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your region. You will receive an email with a tracking number upon shipment.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. No hidden fees.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Then go to our Track My Order page to locate your package in real time.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused product. The refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days. Contact us at contact@drivekit.fr to initiate a return.

Are the products compatible with my car?

The vast majority of our accessories are universal and compatible with all vehicles. Dimensions and specifications are indicated on each product page. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our store uses an SSL certificate and the Shopify Payments platform, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your banking data is never stored on our servers.
